I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering me a late check-out and even packing me a delicious lunch for my mountain excursion. The hotel had just reopened for the summer season, but everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation and beautiful surroundings.
Nothing was less than perfect.

The parking area was convenient and accessible. the staff members were friendly and willing to assist with any queries. the room was well-equipped and furnished.
It was quite noisy around, thereby disrupting our plans to relax and enjoy the quiet of the surroundings. the breakfast timings were not suitable for a ski resort.

I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable room with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist me, which made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the convenient parking lot.
The noise levels were higher than expected at times, which made it difficult to enjoy the serene atmosphere.

During Christmas, we had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service. The location was conveniently close to the tourist attractions and shops. they offered us free parking and complimentary breakfast every morning, which was a nice touch.
The room was quite small and cramped. There was no soundproofing, and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway.
